Coming off a playoff birth, the Fredi Gonzalez led 2011 Atlanta Braves are looking to make another run to a World Series title. With a huge increase in offensive talent, the Braves are entering the season with even high expectations.  The Braves acquired second baseman Dan Uggla from the Florida Marlins this winter in exchange for Omar Infante and Mike Dunn, which was met with jubilee from Braves fans.

Braves + Free WiFi = Even better tailgating!

The Braves are balanced across the board, which is something they have not been able to say for several years. If it wasn’t for the Philadelphia Phillies much-improved, almost illegal, starting pitching staff, the Braves would be the hands-down favorite to win the NL East.

Residents that are new to the Atlanta area must check out a spring baseball game at Turner Field.  The smell of hot dogs and peanuts combined with the sweet sound of the crack of the bat almost always lends life an instant upgrade!

Speaking of upgrade, AT&T just recently announced that they have installed Wi-Fi capability at Turner Field that will allow fans to access free service.  This is the perfect edition to an almost flawless tailgating scene that takes place in the parking lot just outside of the stadium.

Home opening day is next Friday, April 8th against division rivals Philadelphia Phillies!  Tickets are sold out, but you can scalp them downtown or get tickets for Saturday or Sunday’s battle.
